Ratatat is an electronic music duo with guitarist Mike Stroud and synthesizer driver and producer Evan Mast. Stroud and Mast originally met as students at Skidmore College, but did not work together musically until 2001. Ratatat is like a mash up of Electronic Indie Rock and Stoner Psychedelic... with Lo-Fi 8-bit tones. This is really one of the more original sounding bands I have heard in awhile. You may have heard (and seen) Ratatat in a couple of Kid Cudi tracks, specifically In the Pursuit of Happiness (featured in my 420 playlist) and Alive (embedded below).

420 Trance (err, whatever...?) Playlist
Trance, again, is more of a blanket term. It sounds better than "Xenomusic616 Electronica and Industial and Stuff" haha. Anyway, on to the music:
